Reinventing Your Business Strategy to Maximize Your Coaching Business

Most of us have heard the quote, “If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there.” by Lewis Carroll, and it couldn’t be truer in a coaching business. This session is designed to give you the tools and information you need to create systems, a budget, and a plan. Please come prepared to roll up your sleeves and take a realistic look at your business goals for the next 12-18 months. It’s takes more than being a GREAT coach to have a successful coaching business.
In this interactive session you will be introduced to three Reinvention Method tools developed by Dr. Nadya Zhexembayeva and her Global Alliance of Reinvention Professionals. We will review the Reinvention Cycle, Impact / Readiness model and the STELLAR Canvas to help you prioritize your activities for a thriving coaching business, as well as give you a sample template to use to create a budget.

About the speakers
Sherri Sutton, ACC is a change & reinvention expert, coach and author and serves on the Leadership Team of the ICF-CF chapter as Treasurer. Sherri inspires others to make positive transformations by helping them navigate through the waves of change and disruption. Sherri’s passion for reinvention supports others in making work situations more satisfying, enjoyable, and productive for while creating the best results for team members and employers to collaborate in harmony. She thrives on helping team members shine a light on what is often overlooked and use a positive lens to see the best in what is.
She is a Certified Reinvention Practitioner (CRP), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Associate Certified Coach (ACC), certified Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner, and is certified in many other applications and frameworks which support her clients in her coaching and facilitation work. She is also the coauthor of The EARN Method.
