The role of Contracting in Psychological Safety

Monday, 17th October, 2022– 18:30-20:00

Katerina Kanelidou, MCC

In this interactive webinar we are going to present how the team coach can partner with the team to develop, maintain, and reflect on the team's rules and norms. We are going to use the contracting model of Transaction Analysis and we are going to model that at the beginning of the session with the participants. That way they will have an immediate understanding of its works and impact. We will also identify the crucial moments of contracting and how these are the foundation of a safe emotional environment that will allow team members’ and the collective team to express feelings, perceptions, concerns, beliefs, hopes, and suggestions. Finally we will explore potential obstacles and challenges and how we can address them.

Benefits for the participants? What are the Learning objectives?
