Positive psychology in Career Transition

The breakthrough contribution of Positive Intelligence research is through factor analysis to discover the core factors that impact both performance and wellbeing. This research revealed that there are only 10 negative response factors (10 Saboteurs) and only 5 positive response factors (5 Sage powers).

In this interactive workshop, you will learn about the specific context on how people self-sabotage in career transition. You will also get to practice in smaller groups one of the 5 Sage Powers.

About the speakers

Petra Blume is a Career Development-, Executive/Leadership-, and Mental Health Coach, Trainer & Facilitator.

Petra is an authentic and enthusiastic professional with a passion for people, personal development and learning. She combines a strong conceptual thinking with a practical approach to develop engaging and impactful behavior-changing learning programs.

Since her career change in 2014 she has been advising and coaching people in change processes, helping them to discover their potential so that they can achieve their peak performance and achieve their development goals. Due to her own, unconventional journey, she would like to inspire and motivate others to rediscover their own value system and personality.

For the last 2,5 years, Petra has been focusing on the power of the Positive Intelligence framework (PQ), where she is coaching people in career transition in letting go of old belief systems and Saboteurs. She is one of the first PQ certified coaches worldwide and has successfully used and adapted the program ever since.

Her coaching style is characterized by coaching by example, inclusion and being able to create a safe space for people and also provide crucial feedback.
