ICF Bern Chapter: Virtual event
Fit for the future with personal reinvention
Monday, 17 January, 2022 – 18:30-20:00
Lea Weyermann Lozar
Description
If we learned anything in the past two years, it is that constant change is here to stay. So how do you and your clients stay afloat and surf the waves of constant change rather than get crushed by them? By building strong resilience and reinvention skills!
Reinvention is a practice of embracing change, a way to foster sustainability, an immune system, and a structured and deliberate effort to engage in healthy cycles of planned renewal. It is a skill that can be learned.
In this interactive session you will be introduced to the principles of the Reinvention method founded by Dr. Nadya Zhexembayeva and her Global Alliance of Reinvention Professionals. We will look at Reinvention by the definition and challenge your own believes and attitudes towards change. You will apply reinvention tools in your personal reinvention and leave the workshop equipped with the new insights and tools that will support you and your clients on the reinvention journey.
A short sneak peak of the covered topics:
