Games for online group engagement

Monday, 13th of September, 2021 18.30-20.00
Renatus Hoogenraad,  ACC

As coaches we know that creating a safe space for sharing and for “being” is key for any successful coaching session with groups. We also know that a lot of learning happens through play and collective engagement. This session lifts the veil on how to create such an environment online with the use of simple technology available in online video conferencing tools (i.e. Zoom and Microsoft Teams) and with the use of simple tools such as pens and paper.
Join us and experience a set of deceptively simple activities that forster engagement, joy and togetherness online, and see the potential of using these activities to enhance the teams’ development and learning.

ICF Core Competencies

  • Coaching Presence—Ability to be fully conscious and create spontaneous relationship with the client, employing a style that is open, flexible and confident.
