Andy Habermacher will be speaking about the SCOAP Coach Theory which is a model that he has built up with Prof. Theo Peters and Argang Ghadiri built on three pillars:
- neuroscience
- psychology
- evidence -based coaching
Andy will show how the brain is wired emotionally and how five core needs drive human behavior and how these are represented in motivational patterns. This gives clear and different coaching interventions and highlights the most powerful point of leverage for coaching success.
A scientific, humanistic and holistic approach to coaching.
Biography

Andy Habermacher has been active in the corporate education field for 20 years dealing primarily with blue chip corporations on various leadership topics. He is a certified Master Coach (BCI), and author of three books: his most recent is “Neuroleadership” published with Springer in 2013. He is currently finishing off his fourth book on the SCOAP Coach Theory for Springer.
