Systemic Constellations in Coaching

Francesco Pimpinelli, PCC

Francesco , from Milan, Italy, will host this workshop, to illustrate how to tap into the information field of systemic constellation.  We can see a situation or a problem within its context and understand which elements in the Constellation are functional and which ones have a disruptive influence.
Systemic Constellations provide a new, powerful set of tools for coaches working in one on one, team or group environments to support clients in achieving their goals with outstanding results. They can be used to guide clients through an experiential exercise to provide shifts by adding a visual and kinesthetic flavor to your coaching practice and they can be integrated seamlessly alongside your existing coaching conversational approaches.

Event Outcomes

  • You will get an overview of the applications of Systemic Constellations to Coaching
  • You will get a demonstration of the use of a Systemic Constellation in a one-on-one Coaching Session
  • You will understand how Systemic Constellations may integrate with your Coaching style and practice
