Introduction to a powerful personality assessment in corporate coaching

Presentation of a personality assessment for Coaches/HR professionals working with Individuals and Teams in organisations – new version with focus on energy!

In these times of uncertainty and change being able to manage our energy has become even more important. We’ve all experienced highs and lows in our energy, yet we don’t often take the time to take care of our energy. The new version of the WorkPlace Big Five personality assessment provides insightful information to understand personality and how it impacts our energy. The new report is user-friendly and easy to read, with guidelines for further reflexion and development.

WorkPlace Big Five is the result of over 30 years of research and it has a very high validity. It is based on the recognised Big Five Personality model, specifically applied to work. It does not categorize but helps to understand our unique characteristics and how they impact our behaviour/energy at work. Several norm groups and languages are available, as well as specific reports for Leaders, Teams and Career development. It provides impactful insights at the beginning of a coaching, in transitions, for team development, in conflicts between people, or in clarifying a professional orientation. It can also be used for recruitment.
