Welcome or new IT Team!
We are delighted to announce the creation of our IT Admin Services Team.
As the number of volunteers are growing within the ICFS team it is important that the tools that are relevant, we create efficiencies and provide a standard way of working. With the adoption of Sharepoint and Mondays we need a team who will manage the administration and access of these tools among other things.

I am a retired IT professional. My coaching journey began 2 years ago and I am currently pursuing ICF credentialing. I have worked in numerous roles in IT, including Business Analysis, Project Management, and Design and Operations of Systems. I have a deep knowledge of collaboration tools, such as SharePoint, Office 365 and making use of them to bring business value. I look forward to working together with the entire team.

I am an IT professional and have expertise in coaching and mentoring global project teams, driving operational excellence and improving end-to-end compliance and risk management. Last year I joined the ICF Basel Chapter and have started down the road of ICF certification. I look forward to supporting the ICF Switzerland.

Debbie Brupbacher, ACC, CPCC, CMC
Debbie Brupbacher continues to support ICF after serving on the board for the last 2 years. Using her +25 years' experience in Finance and Project Management, Debbie is managing the technical accounting, analytical reporting, providing support on processes and projects and is leading the website redesign project.
As a Leadership Coach Debbie is passionate in helping Professionals and Teams flourish. She loves creating transformative change through increased awareness, authenticity, vulnerability and heartfelt leadership. Working with the ICF Switzerland Team she brings her passion, her strong drive for improvement and her system sense to support the team to get things done.
